It outlines the procedures and measures that will be implemented to boost growth and digital performance. Additionally, it takes into account the target markets, current business objectives, and the company's strengths and shortcomings.

The process of developing a digital strategy is ongoing, necessitating continual monitoring and modifications based on shifting market and commercial conditions.  This can help an organization stay competitive and adapt to the fast-paced digital world.
